Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Media & Ads Specialist to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine creative execution with strong analytical skills to deliver measurable outcomes across social media, e-commerce portals, and our in-house platform Glocery.in
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn to achieve defined KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Brand & Product Identity: Strengthen brand positioning and messaging consistency across all digital channels, ensuring high recall and awareness.
- Customer Acquisition: Implement targeted digital strategies to drive qualified leads and increase customer base.
- E-commerce Promotions: Devise and execute promotional activities using marketing tools on Amazon, Flipkart, Instamart and other e-commerce portals to maximize sales.
- Campaign Management: Oversee paid ads and promotional campaigns on external portals and Glocery.in, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Performance Analytics: Track and optimize ROI, ROAS, ACOS, CTR, and other key metrics to ensure campaigns meet profitability benchmarks.
- Cross-functional Projects: Collaborate with management on special projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
Expected Quantifiable Deliverables
- Achieve 10–20% QoQ growth in sales and customer acquisition through digital campaigns.
- Deliver ROAS above industry benchmarks across paid media channels.
- Increase organic traffic and engagement by implementing SEO/SEM/SMO strategies.
- Drive measurable conversion uplift on Glocery.in through targeted D2C campaigns.
- Optimize e-commerce portal campaigns to maintain ACOS within agreed thresholds.
- Provide monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and SMO (Organic + Paid).
- Proven ability in social media management and campaign optimization specifically Facebook/Google Ad platform
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting campaign data and metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart ad campaigns.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and D2C strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce/Digital Marketing experience
Plus point if you have but not mandatory- (FMCG/Beauty- Specific Experience)
- Managing high-SKU, fast-moving product categories.
- Handling frequent promotions and discount cycles.
- Experience with Modern Trade and Omni-channel strategies.
