Preparation :
1. Place Noodles in a large bowl and add boiling water to it.
2. Let stand for 3 minutes (or for 2 minutes if using for stir-fry).
3. Rinse thoroughly with cold water and drain.
4. Add to stir-fries, soups, salads or serve as a side dish.
